Ordering from Smartgear.pk is very easy. All you will need to do is to follow three simple steps: 1. Browse for the product you are looking for. 2. Press Add to my Bag (you will be redirected to checkout page automatically. 3. Fill in the required details and submit the order. 4. Our Sales team will contact you for order confirmation. You will get the delivery of your desired product and have to pay the amount at the time of delivery.
Do you have any physical outlets where we can buy your products?
Currently, Smartgear.pk is exclusively an online store. You can sign up for our online newsletter so you will be able to receive the latest news and updates about Smartgear.pk, including any physical store opening in future.
Do you allow exchanges in case the item I get is wrong or defective?
Smartgear.pk offers exchanges in cases if the product is defective or wrongly delivered. The customer have to notify us within 2 days of Delivery.
When will I receive my order?
If you're in Karachi, you'll receive your order same day or next working day. mostly your order will leave our warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and will be sent via TCS/Bluex which means 2-3 Business day delivery for most of Pakistan
