Our processing time takes 1-3 business days to prepare for shipping.
After we receive your order, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 5pm PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 5pm PST on a Satuday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.
We offer FREE returns on all orders within 7 Days of purchase
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic orders Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will contact you in 2-3 days
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by bank transfer or easy paisa. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your account
